Health, Safety and Environment policy


Yeager Energy recognizes its responsibility for sustainable development and in this regard, we strive to protect the health and safety of all those associated with our business operations and minimize negative impacts on nature and the environment. To achieve this, we will:

  • Comply with all Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) laws and regulations and apply our standards when laws and regulations do not exist or are deemed insufficient.
  • We will implement and maintain a HSE Management System and we will carry out regular audits regarding the legal compliance and progress of our HSE activities in order to achieve a continuous improvement of our HSE performance.
  • Identify, assess and eliminate health and safety risks and, where this is not possible, reduce these risks to a level that is as low as reasonably achievable to prevent incidents (As Low As Reasonably Practicable - ALARP).
  • Strive for efficient energy consumption to reduce our CO2 footprint and the environmental impact we cause for as much as possible.
  • Maintain and test emergency plans to ensure rapid and effective emergency response plan (ERP).
  • Provide the resources that will enable our employees to achieve the HSE objectives.
  • Provide training in HSE activities to ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
  • Require contractors to implement and manage their HSE policies in accordance with Yeager's policies and achieve agreed HSE goals.
  • Open communication about HSE activities with stakeholders.
